What we collect
We only collect what you give us yourself:
- Contact and free-assessment forms: your name, phone number, email, and any details you write about your level and goals.
- Placement test: your name, phone number, email, and your answers to the questions — including written answers and any voice recordings you make for speaking tasks.
- Student account (if you enrol): your account details, attendance, payments, and any documents you upload.
We never ask for banking passwords or card numbers through this website.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the courses and enquiries you asked about.
- To assess your language level and recommend the right course.
- To manage your enrolment and track your progress if you are a registered student.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your data is held on secure servers, and files such as voice recordings and documents are stored with a trusted cloud storage provider. Only authorised institute staff can see your data. We do not sell it and do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep prospective students' details for as long as needed to contact and follow up with you, and students' records for the duration of enrolment and for as long afterwards as record-keeping requires. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask to see your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To do so, contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.
